A early Friday evening visit to Riviera Grill in Redondo Beach was great! Super busy but all the servers and host were upbeat, happy and very inviting. We had the ceviche appetizer - delicious! Carne asada fajitas and crab enchiladas both fantastic. Most of Ambar was the most gracious and helpful waitress. She definitely made the evening extremely pleasant and relaxed. The Riv is very lucky to have such a sweet and vibrant server.
I came here after a day at the beach and ordered a drink they brought out chips and salsa which were incredible. And it took a bit to pick something off the menu as they had many great options I wound up getting the baja tacos with rice and slaw. And I was satisfied with my choice the tacos were amazing and just like the rice it was cooked to perfection. It was honestly like a home cooked meal. The patio has an amazing atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. I'm glad I wound up in Redondo Beach during my travels or I'd never found this place. I recommend anyone who passes by to stop in and try it out. Thank you for the amazing experience.
Came to Palos Verdes for a conference and on my way there stopped at Riviera’s Mexican Grill. Wow! Advised to try out the Chicken Spinach Enchiladas with the Ranchero sauce and it didn’t not disappoint. Incredible dish and nothing like that “crap” TexMex you get in Texas. Made my last stop here for a second round and was totally worth it. Don’t know what they add to the sauce but it’s amazing. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Redondo Beach/Palos Verdes area
I had such an amazing experience at Riviera Mexican Grill! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, and the food was absolutely incredible! Casandra truly made our visit unforgettable. Her service was attentive and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you can tell she really cares about her guests. If you’re looking for great Mexican food with excellent service and a fun vibe, this place is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful dining experience at Riviera Mexican Cantina in Riviera Village. I ordered the Spicy Cucumber Margarita along with the mahi-mahi fish tacos, and both were outstanding. The margarita was refreshing with just the right amount of spice, and the fish tacos were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. They were so satisfying that I didn’t even have room for dessert! I was dining with a friend who ordered the beef tacos, and she absolutely loved them as well. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere that fits perfectly with the relaxed beach-town charm of Riviera Village. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Redondo Beach, great tacos, handcrafted margaritas, and a fun place to meet friends, Riviera Mexican Cantina is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend the mahi-mahi fish tacos and the Spicy Cucumber Margarita. We’ll definitely be back!
By far the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. They give you choices on the meal sides, rather than just the standard refried beans and rice. The crab enchiladas were divine. Staff patiently explained questions. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The prices are very reasonable. The quality of the food and the options are superb!

The best restaurant we have been to since arriving in Redondo!! The place is packed with not an empty seat inside or outside, and yet they still hustle and have your food and drinks in such a timely manner. The food is great and the margaritas are amazing!! Thanks for a great meal!!
